Introudction of ESP packer
The ESP packer is a kind of hydraulic set production packer used in
electric pump production well. The ESP packer provides three
strings channel. The primary string serves as a channel for
producing fluid, secondary string for air release valve
installation and third string for cable traversing. When a low
pressure is applied from the ground to the primary string, the ESP
packer is set. The ESP packer will be released by pulling the
primary string and cutting down shear ring
Features of ESP packer
- The ESP packer will change the retrieving tensile strengthby
different shear rings.
- Main body of ESP packer is short which is easily to make a trip
operation.
- Elastomer of the ESP packer includes Nitrile, HNBR or Aflas for
choice.
- Materials of main body includes AISI4140, 4340, 13Cr
- The setting pressure of ESP is 2500psi and reliable seal can be
realized.
- The ESP can reach 5000 psi Working pressure.
