Rupture Disc Circulating Valve 5"x 15000psi For Fracturing Operation

The rupture disc circulating valve is the circulating part of DST tools, the RD circulating valve is not only used in drill stem testing service, but also can be used in the fracturing operation. The RD circulating valve isolates the work string below the tool and establishes communication between the annulus and the work string above the tool.

Below is the Simulation Test of 5” RD Circulating Valve, 15K,400F 3 1/2”IF in Fracturing Operation

Purpose of the test: When the RD Circulating valve is used for Fracturing Job, the proppant may be packed fully in RD circulating valve and block the Valve mandrel movnent, this is unlikely to happen but in case would cause big issue, this test is for simulating the worst cases to ensure the valve in function.
