Introduction of Burst Disc Circulation Sub
The burst disc circulation sub is a kind of circulation valve for
downhole operation. The burst disc circulation sub is a standard
component of coiled tubing tool string that is used in conjunction
with tools that require the drop ball. During the coiled tubing
operation, when circulation is lost due to downhole restriction, ,
a predetermined pressure applied to the coil will burst the disc,
so that the coiled tubing establishes a circulation passage with
the annulus.
