Type PX Equalizing Prong For Wirline Tools / Slick Line Tools

PX Equalizing Prong is is a key component of wireline tools in oil and gas well operations, specifically designed to enhance well control and zonal isolation, this tool is used in conjunction with Type X Lock Mandrel to act as a plug to hold pressure from either above or below the well to perform replacement or repair work of surface equipment.

The external fish neck on the PX Equalizing Prong allows easy retrieval and the prong body prevents sand from entering the lock and equalizing sub. The PX Equalising Prong can be removed from the plug assembly to achieve equalization.
